If required, we will visit your home, hospital, or any appropriate location to meet with you and commence your representation immediately.

If ever necessary, we will also endeavor to arrange for transportation to our office in Miami, Florida.

Our “no fee unless we win” policy

No upfront fees.

Our retainer agreement will be explained to you in detail and our Personal Injury Retainer will clearly state that there are absolutely no fees unless we are able to recover.

We also provide our clients with a written explanation of any settlement or verdict amount recovered and the resulting distribution for the clients’ approval prior to cases being closed.
